We stopped by Ottica Borin in Verona after my wife spotted a pair of sunglasses she liked in the window on a day when the shop was closed. We came back to take a closer look, and ended up leaving with much more than we had expected – sunglasses for my wife, a beautiful Italian-made eyeglass frame for me, and my wife was even given a 14-day supply of contact lenses to try, completely free of charge. The service and personal attention we received were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We felt genuinely well looked after, with plenty of time, helpful advice and no pressure at all. A wonderful experience and a great memory from our stay in Verona. We would happily recommend Ottica Borin to anyone looking for an optician in Verona. Thank you so much for the exceptional service! 🇮🇹👓❤️
